Return Condition

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Returns showing damage, stains, alteration or improper handling may not be accepted, subject to applicable law.

Return Authorisation

Please contact us before returning an artwork to receive return instructions. Do not send an item to an unconfirmed address.

Change-of-Mind Returns and Exchanges

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original outbound shipping is complimentary.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the artwork, outer packaging and shipping label. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
